I have 4 children  and no other means of support right now other than myself

I have an outstanding property tax due of 2000 and need to pay this to protect my property till my money is released to me and i need to fill my furnace and keep

at least my electric during this period my business is on hold as i cannot travel to

work with anyone and my cell is off but my telephone for now is paid. i am hoping to

get help to hold me over till the court releases my money and dont want to freeze or get lein on property during this time of wait.  I also need to feed my family. Right now the only cash I have availabe to do these things isabout fifty dollars.

I am not a poor person but do after what I am now facing glad that when I could I reached out to those in need. its obvious there are so very few resources to those who fall into poverty or those who face a temporary inability to support themselves and their children and to show how bad it is I will tell you my situation. I am not someone without resources I am just someone who has been unable to get a mortgage loan thanks to the screwed up credit reporting agency who plays God as though they are accurately and with concern for your well being reporting your credit They are not. For example in my case They did me an injustice and allowed a lawyer handling a judgement from a fuel oil company which I paid off in 2003 get away with forgetting to file my release of claim upon my payment in 2003 until just now in 2006 which severely hurt my credit score and even though I have worked hard the past two years to be heard I wasn't I gave up trying to explain I was the victim of identity theft in 1999 it just wasn't something any one especially credit reporting agency's or anyone else cared to look closely into and I had no recourse but to pay off every single item on the report that was interfering with my credit well I did but continued to find it on my report along with that judgement that should have been removed. I finally did get all these removed to leave me with a 580 score why I ask when I have paid all my bills and lived on my accounts with a brokerage firm not one but two and paid all my expense with a debit rather than a credit paying everything right on time in full cash directly from my accounts. that should be a positive thing representing a person is good credit risk but not in our society in our society this simply means now I may have cleared negativity in my credit report but I have no credit history. What a joke. of course I don't I pay everything when its due and if they bothered to really care about us they would easily be able to establish I have paid all my bills for the past years more promptly and in full which should be a plus but they consider it nothing they couldn't but don't bother to check with out debit card company holders to see if this is the case instead they let us go through hell to get someone to help us fix a problem we didn't even create but yet are trying to repair as we have no choice but to help ourselves. Anyway I would like to give you these facts. I have money sitting with lawyers which I won in a court case from my late father who died from asbestos but I cant get this money till the surrogates court feels like giving it to me. both my parents died in 2003 and I as the executor without disputes with family members and as my parents requested attempted to get the money which was my parents its been three years and I still cant just simply get this money I have to supply forms and documents and signature guarantees and pretty much everything but blood its like nobody wants to give it up unless you sit up and bark like a dog and win thee battle to get it. The stock holding companies will verify and approve your documents but only after the stock as taken reverse splits and fact is you pretty much have nothing left and by then of course which is now the IRS still patiently waiting kind of like wolves is impatiently waiting that final return which now makes them place backup withholding on your funds due to the delay and your return is pretty much awaited king of like vultures around a body would be. Anyway I as the administrator of said estate have done everything by the book I paid all estate expenses I paid funeral debts and all expenses for everything including the care and upkeep of my parents both of them for 2 years prior to their death in 2003. From the estate the funds once held in both my mother and my name are now I must now pay the piper for needing to spend this money as it was no longer considered a long term gain it was now my property and everything spent now was leaving the accounts as short term gain and I am basically on the losing end as they say the estate passes due to the set values now but it only passes from the decent for this to benefit. Anyway along with being now the one paying for everything and just trying to get the final return done and all the estate items distributed which I did I gave each beneficiary their share and didn't even consider their portion of tax consequences period. Does it pay to be the person who follows the books and tries to do thing right obviously not as you can see so far. Anyway when I found tha I might need some help to hold me over till the surrogates courts release the checks they hold which now rightfully are mine I called a company I will name no names at this time and inquired about a home mortgage now hear this I had no previous mortgage the home is worth 680 thousand all bills and real estate taxes paid I should be welcomed with open arms. I also incorporated my business in 2005 and had well enough verifiable assets in annuities and such to cover any questions as to my ability to pay back and based on the fact I stand with a home and not one red cent due to anyone that should say something What I think it says to some is sucker. What happened they made me pay an appraiser to appraise my homes value and ordered a credit report. first problem a judgement turns up with some credit reporting agency now added to our already list of equifax equiserve and transunion now some other so called agency said under my home ownership was listed a judgement or lien and some expense I knew nothing of with a person bearing my name not my address. I was so freaking annoyed and told them I want it straightened out after all I had gone through anyway that was done it was removed but the appraiser whom I paid 500 to claimed repair was needed now take into account I was getting this mortgage to fix up my property and at the same time after paying back the mortgage loan would also repair the fact I needed credit to show good credit and after I did all this planned to sell the home. makes sense right seems easy based on the fact I was financially responsible and had bent over backwards to get myself to this level and owed no one. What happens next I make repair requested the mortgage lenders now claim oh by mistake we forgot to mention a second repair the appraiser needs to come back again costing me another 200 or 300 anyway I pay it make repair and then again they attempt to tell me another problem. All the while I am now looking at almost 7 months passing and they are telling me nothing I wanted to hear and it was too late to start this process all over. What happens now is what I spoke of earlier all my money that held with the court and my now almost diminished accounts were not going to help. it was when I was told by my own bank my family has used for years that they would not be able to pre approve me for an equity line of credit that I really blew and realized this is all wrong. here I am a mother of 4 who has managed to make it to 49 have a business bury two parents handle the entire estate and go through years of hard work and earnest honest living trying to make something for me and my family and where do I stand now. I cant believe I right now cannot get a red cent from anyone to hold me down until my money is released by the surrogates court which will probably be within the next two months but what scares me is who else will swoop in on me the tmobile already put a one way block as they couldn't debit their usual overcharges to me of what is usually a whopping 4-600 dollar bill. they took no time they called once when not getting the money and had me blocked almost immediately what happened to I was a great customer paid on time huge bills nope they don't care like everyone there are way too many wolves. frankly I am not only sick of all the bullshit I have had to go through I am shocked at how quickly a temporary financial thing which will in my case work itself out and will not be a financial loss of everything I have and hurt my family thank God but I realize not everyone has the situation I do where it is there for me just out of my reach I can see someone else crumbling completely and the effects it could have one ones well being. I even feel badly that I must resort to asking someone to come to my aid temporarily when so many people need help as well. I can say this I have always been one who helps others and I took a shot in the dark on yahoo answers question to type in Is there anyone out there that actually will help someone in temporary need for financial assistance? And I expected the usual un useful and sickening links that don't help anyone in my opinion. Such as the other evening rather than begging for help and some assistance I found myself on the Microsoft couple who have all this money who are looking for good ways to spend it I checked their grants hoping their was maybe something useful could submit to get a grant to do or some way my services could be utilized in return for some help financially through my hard word an effort to my surprise unless I was from Africa or looking to help unwed mothers and single parents of 1 or two states I think it was Washington and somewhere else it more or less said don't bother applying and it also stated if you have a request for personal reason it will not be accepted or read now I am sure they are busy but not that busy they need not work at too much they have money and that does it all can they not take the time to read what the real people out their have to say and hear their needs instead of simply saying nope you don't qualify and I don't care enough to even read your email. the business I am in would probably have been more beneficial to me if I had thought like that and not helped your talented people whenever I could because I felt they couldn't help themselves but that would not have made me as happy as seeing the good I did for others and the appreciation and achievements I felt from my helping. . I may not find the person I need here to help me get through this till I can get my finances back on track and receive the money held for me so I can pay my normal bills and not faces going though no heat and things like that temporarily I hope I do find someone who has the financial ability to come to my aid and it would be greatly appreciated right now. But I am glad I found this site I think its a great place for people who might get no help and a cold shoulder elsewhere to get someone to hear them. I will remain actively here regardless of my outcome but people who care about people is the way to go I always call it one hand washes the other well I have washed many a hand and will continue to do so and hope to meet others hear who are just like me. and yes for anyone who might consider lending me short term and I mean very short term help I can verify my financial ability to return to you the finances you extend. i am also willng and able to work if can utilizing a skill I have or in research or help with promotions. or fill any opening i am suited for you may have.
